Terms of use.
What this website is, what it is not, and what to do if you believe something published here belongs to you. We do not knowingly publish anyone else's material — and where we get it wrong, there is a route to tell us.
Last updated. Using the site after a change means the current version applies to that visit.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of rmorthomed.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, stop using it — nothing here requires you to agree to anything in order to phone us instead.
These terms are not your supply contract. Quotations, purchase orders, installation agreements and service agreements are separate written documents, and where one of those conflicts with this page, that document wins.
The site is operated by RM OrthoMed Technologies, 2201 N Comanche Dr, Unit 1007, Chandler, AZ 85224.
Not clinical advice
We supply, install and service equipment. We do not provide clinical care, we do not give medical advice, and nothing on this site is a substitute for the judgement of a qualified clinician or for the manufacturer's instructions for use.
Decisions about how equipment is used on a patient belong to the facility and its clinical staff, guided by the manufacturer's documentation.
Accuracy of what is published
Descriptions of equipment families, coverage, lead times and service response on this site are indicative. They describe how we normally work — not a guarantee for a specific order.
What binds is the written quotation or agreement issued for your facility, and the manufacturer's own specification for the unit. Where the two differ, the manufacturer's specification governs the product and our written agreement governs the supply.
Any figure shown here as pending is genuinely not yet published. We would rather show an empty slot than a number we cannot stand behind.
Ownership of the material here
The text, layout, design and code of this site are ours, and the RM OrthoMed name and mark belong to us. You may read, print and share pages for your own or your facility's internal purposes. You may not republish the site's content as your own, or copy the design wholesale for another business.
We do not set out to publish anyone else's material. Product photography is used to identify the type of equipment we supply. Where an image or a specification originates with a manufacturer or another third party, it is used for identification only — it does not imply that we own it, and it does not imply the manufacturer endorses or is affiliated with us.
Manufacturer names, model names, logos and trademarks referenced anywhere on this site remain the property of their owners.
Report a concern — takedown
If you believe something published on this site is yours and should not be here — an image, a piece of text, a mark, or anything else — tell us and we will take it down or investigate. We would rather remove it and be wrong than leave it up and be right.
Send the report to our abuse route:

Where a claim is clear, we remove the material first and investigate afterwards. Where it is not clear, the material stays up while we look into it and we tell you that is what we are doing rather than going quiet.
The same address handles reports of abuse of this site itself — spam through the forms, attempted attacks, or anyone using our name to contact you who is not us.
Acceptable use
Use the site for what it is for. Specifically, do not:
- Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or data you are not openly given access to.
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or contact details from the site.
- Submit anything through the forms that is unlawful, deliberately false, or designed to disrupt the site.
- Submit patient health information — see the privacy policy for why.
- Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site's availability for anyone else.
We may withdraw access from anyone doing these things, and report attacks to the relevant authorities.
Using the forms
Submitting a consultation request or an inquiry does not create a contract, hold stock, or commit either of us to anything. It starts a conversation, which we answer within one working day.
Give us details that are accurate and yours to give. If you submit someone else's contact details, you are confirming you may do so.
What happens to what you submit is set out in the privacy policy.
Links to other sites
Where this site links out — to a manufacturer, for example — we do not control what is on the other end and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement, and the other site's own terms and privacy notice apply once you get there.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose you have in mind for it.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on the general information published here — as distinct from a written quotation or agreement, which carries its own terms and its own remedies.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
If we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes with them.

One email with the page, the item and your claim. Acknowledged inside one working day, resolved inside ten — removed, or explained in writing.
