Three equipment families, quoted against a confirmed install date rather than a general catalogue. Your department's specification determines what actually ships — this page describes what we distribute and how it is handled.
System families
Each family is handled differently because each behaves differently in a facility. Imaging is a project with a lead time; a failed bedside monitor is not a project at all, so that stock is held locally.
Family 01 — project
Wide-bore MRI and diagnostic ultrasound supplied as a complete project: siting survey, delivery and rigging, installation, acceptance testing and the applications handover — planned against the confirmed date rather than assembled on the morning of the install.
Family 02 — scheduled
Operating tables, surgical lighting and anesthesia workstations specified by room rather than by line item, so the attachments, vaporisers and mounting work are quoted alongside the unit instead of after it.
Electro-hydraulic tables ship with their rail attachments, arm boards and radiolucent tops. Lighting is quoted with the mount and the ceiling interface. Anesthesia workstations arrive with the vaporiser fitted, absorber in place and the circuit tested.
Family 03 — unscheduled
Patient monitors, twelve-lead ECG carts and transport stretchers held locally, because a failed monitor does not wait for a scheduled delivery run. Accessories and consumables sit in the same family.
Handling specification
These are handling and logistics specifications — how a unit is held, triggered, delivered and commissioned. Technical performance, field strength, dimensions and intended use are the manufacturer's to state, and publish per system with the equipment list.
Manufacturer specifications pending equipment listImaging systems are handled as a project against a named room, and stay with one owner from survey to acceptance. Siting constraints are checked before the order is placed, not discovered on the delivery day.

Theatre equipment is specified by room rather than by product line, so a table, its attachments and the light above it arrive as one commissioned room instead of three deliveries that have to be reconciled on site.

This family is the exception to everything above: there is no install date to plan against, so the stock sits locally and the trigger is a phone call.

Every family shares one documentation standard. What differs is only when the record closes — installed projects close at acceptance, stock items close at handover.

One standard across all three
Once on our bench before it ships, once in your room after installation. A unit that is opened or reconfigured in between goes back through both.
Every unit's make, model and serial number is written to the register at handover — so a query three years from now has an answer.
The person who commissioned the unit is the person who answers the phone about it. Not a queue, not a ticket number.
