Privacy policy.
This site exists to route equipment inquiries to a person. It collects the details needed to answer you and nothing else — no advertising profile, no sale of your information, no tracking of what you read here.
Last updated. This notice describes the site as it currently runs; the date changes when the practice does.
Who we are and what this covers
RM OrthoMed Technologies supplies, installs and services medical imaging, surgical, anesthesia and patient monitoring equipment. Our registered address is 2201 N Comanche Dr, Unit 1007, Chandler, AZ 85224.
This notice covers rmorthomed.com — the website and the forms on it. It does not cover a signed supply, installation or service agreement, which carries its own terms on records and confidentiality.
We deal with facilities, departments and the people who work in them. We do not provide clinical care, and we hold no patient records.
What we collect
Two things: what you type into a form, and the ordinary request record any web server keeps.
| Data | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Full name | Consultation and inquiry forms — required |
| Email address | Consultation and inquiry forms — required |
| Phone number | Consultation and inquiry forms — required |
| Facility or practice | Consultation and inquiry forms — optional |
| Equipment category | Consultation and inquiry forms — optional |
| Best time to reach you | Consultation form — optional |
| Free-text notes | Consultation and inquiry forms — optional |
| Submission time and which form was used | Added automatically on submit |
| IP address, browser user-agent, pages requested | Web server log, written automatically |
There is no account to create, no newsletter signup, no advertising pixel and no analytics product running on this site.
Patient information
Do not put patient health information into any form on this site. These forms are ordinary web forms, not a secure clinical channel. Leave out patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers and clinical detail — we only need enough to route your request to the right person.
If patient information reaches us anyway, we delete it from the record and reply asking you to resend without it. If a matter genuinely requires that detail, call the equipment support line on (623) 698-3776 instead.
What we do with it
Form submissions are used to answer the inquiry: to reply to you, to work out what you need, to quote it, and to keep a record of what was asked and what we said. That is the whole purpose.
Server logs are used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse or attack. They are not tied back to form submissions to build a profile.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not use them to advertise to you or to anyone who looks like you.
Cookies and third-party requests
This site sets one cookie: a PHP session cookie. It exists so that the forms can carry an anti-forgery token, which is what stops a third-party page from submitting a form as you, and so that a security-check code cannot be used twice. It holds no personal data, it is not shared, and it expires when you close your browser.
There are no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies, which is why this site has no consent banner asking you to accept any.
The security check on our forms — the distorted image you retype — is built and served by us. It is not Google reCAPTCHA or any other third-party service, so solving it sends nothing about you to anyone else and sets no additional cookie.
One honest disclosure: the page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We send Google nothing else about you.
How long we keep it
| Record | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Inquiry that did not become an order | Up to 24 months, then deleted |
| Inquiry connected to a quote or order | With the commercial record, for as long as tax and warranty obligations require |
| Web server logs | Short-term, as retained by our hosting provider |
| Anything you asked us to delete | Removed on request — see below |
Correcting or removing your details
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to privacy@rmorthomed.com with enough detail for us to find the record — the email address or phone number you used, and roughly when.
We answer within one working day and complete the request within 30 days. If we cannot delete something because a commercial or legal record requires us to keep it, we will tell you which record and why rather than simply refusing.
We will not ask you to justify the request, and asking costs you nothing.
Security
The production site is served over HTTPS, application internals are blocked at the web server, forms carry an anti-forgery token, and stored submissions sit outside the public web root.
What we will not claim: no website is a secure channel for clinical or sensitive personal data. Treat these forms as you would an ordinary email — fine for "we need three monitors for recovery", wrong for anything about a named patient.
Changes and contact
If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We do not apply a new notice retroactively to information already collected under an older one.
Privacy questions and data requests: privacy@rmorthomed.com. Reports of material that should not be published here go to our abuse route, set out in the terms of use.
Anything urgent is better on the phone: (623) 698-3776.
Questions about your details
Ask, and we answer.
Whether it is a correction, a deletion or just wanting to know what we hold, one message is enough. You do not need to explain why.
