Service & equipment support

The unit works
before it is
handed over.

Three services, one sequence. What a facility buys from us is not a catalogue — it is the certainty that the unit in the room on the day is the unit on the specification.

24HR

Equipment readiness target — the working target for a confirmed unit to be tested, documented and staged for delivery.

Service pillars

What the facility receives.

These three run together on every order. A facility can buy the supply without the support, but almost nobody does — the value is in the handover, not the box.

01

Equipment supply

Imaging, surgical and monitoring systems sourced against the confirmed specification, supplied complete with accessories rather than as a bare unit.

  • Complete unit, function-tested before dispatch
  • Accessories and consumables quoted with the unit
  • Local stock for monitoring and transport

02

Installation & support

A named local engineer who knows the unit because they commissioned it, on site where the facility requests it, on the phone when it does not.

  • Named contact, not a call queue
  • Attendance on request
  • On-call cover for confirmed installs

03

Documentation

Acceptance records, serial registers and delivery records returned to the facility as part of the handover — not chased for afterwards.

  • Acceptance record after every install
  • Serial register per unit
  • Product documentation on request

Operational process

Four stages, every unit.

The same sequence runs for a scanner install and a replacement bedside monitor. Only the clock changes.

01 Specify

Read the requirement

We work from the room, the workload and the department's own specification, not from a standing catalogue.

Confirmed configuration

02 Source

Inspect the unit

Units are drawn from held stock or ordered against the confirmed date, then function-tested with their accessories before dispatch.

Tested and documented unit

03 Deliver

Get it into the room

Delivered to the facility's receiving point, moved to the room and installed, with chain of custody recorded at handover.

Signed delivery record

04 Commission

Hand it over working

Acceptance tested against the manufacturer's procedure, with applications training and the documentation pack given to the department.

Service commitments

What a facility can hold us to.

Three of these are published commitments. The rest describe how the service runs. Where a row says target or promise, that is the word we stand behind — we have not upgraded either to a guarantee.

Service commitments and the conditions each one depends on.
Commitment Standard What it depends on
Equipment readiness 24 HR A confirmed install date and a current written specification. The clock starts at confirmation, not at first enquiry.
Response to a request 1 DAY Requests reaching equipment support during operating hours, including documentation and coverage questions.
Local equipment support DIRECT A named local contact for the department. The person who commissioned the unit answers the phone about it.
Delivery record SIGNED Chain of custody recorded at the facility's receiving point at handover.
Handover documentation PER UNIT Returned with the acceptance record at commissioning. Serial register available on request at any point after.
Breakdown cover ON CALL Local stock for facilities inside a served territory. Confirm coverage before relying on it.

Commitments apply to facilities inside a served territory with an agreed service arrangement in place. Coverage and terms are confirmed per facility during the capability review.

Where the commitments live

Commissioning is the whole service.

  • SpecifyAgainst the room and the written specification
  • TestTwice — before dispatch and again on site
  • InstallPlaced, connected and set up in the room, not left crated
  • Hand overAcceptance record signed at the receiving point

Next step

Review the fit first.

A capability review is one conversation: your rooms, the systems you run, and whether we can hold to these commitments at your facility. If we cannot, we will say so.
